The conference will be hosted at The Loop, located in the heart of Science Village in Lund, between the world-leading research facilities MAX IV and ESS. This unique setting places participants at the centre of one of Europe’s most exciting science and innovation environments.

The Loop is conveniently located in Science Village, Lund, with excellent public transport connections and easy access from both Lund city centre and Copenhagen Airport.
From Copenhagen Airport (CPH): Direct trains run regularly to Lund Central Station, with a journey time of approximately 35–40 minutes.
From Lund Central Station: The venue can be reached by tram in approximately 10 minutes. The nearest stop is ESS.
By air: Copenhagen Airport is the main international gateway to the region and offers direct connections to major destinations worldwide.
By train: Lund is well connected to the Swedish and Danish rail networks, with frequent services to Malmö, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, and Stockholm.
By car: Parking facilities are available in the Science Village area.
